Adeline Corridor Specific Plan

The Adeline Corridor Specific Plan expresses the community’s vision for the area along Adeline Street from Ashby Avenue to the Berkeley-Oakland border. Crafted over five years of public input, the plan envisions a future that honors the corridor’s history while creating opportunities for existing and future residents, businesses, and community organizations.
The plan identified five goals:
- Land use and community character
- Housing affordability
- Economic opportunity
- Transportation
- Public space
